A New Tasting Series at Manor House Lindley, Launching 2026

At Manor House Lindley, our passion for exceptional dining has always been rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for ingredients.

In 2026, we are delighted to introduce ‘The Seasonal Table’ an exclusive monthly tasting series hosted in our Lantern Room, home to our 3 Rosette restaurant.

This new dining experience invites guests to step into a culinary journey that evolves with the natural calendar. Each month, our chefs will create a carefully curated tasting menu inspired by the very best seasonal produce available at that moment in time. Drawing on changing textures, aromas, and flavours, every dinner will tell a story .From the earthy warmth of winter roots to the vibrant brightness of summer harvests, The Seasonal Table is designed to be immersive, thoughtful, and indulgent.

Each event is a one-off experience, offering guests the opportunity to explore fine dining through the lens of the seasons, guided by creativity, technique, and a true sense of place.

A celebration of deep, comforting flavours. Expect celeriac, parsnip, beetroot, Jerusalem artichoke, slow-braised meats, rich broths, warming spices, and the subtle influence of charcoal and smoke.

February – “Valentine’s: Dark Chocolate & Citrus”

An indulgent, romantic menu exploring the contrast between cocoa and citrus. Blood orange, bergamot, and grapefruit meet savoury and sweet chocolate pairings for a bold and luxurious experience.

March – “First Signs of Spring”

A lighter, fresher menu inspired by early spring produce. Wild garlic, nettle, asparagus, young lamb, delicate broths, and bright herbal notes signal the changing season.

May – “Coastal Spring”
