Garden Abundance Has Arrived in The Lantern Room

There are a few weeks every year that every chef looks forward to.

The gardens are full of colour, the produce is at its very best and new ingredients seem to arrive every morning. It’s a season that gives us the opportunity to cook with some of the freshest and most exciting ingredients of the year.

That’s exactly what inspired Garden Abundance.

Over the coming weeks, this menu celebrates the growers, producers and flavours that have caught our attention this season, alongside a few familiar Lantern Room favourites that our guests simply won’t let us take off the menu.

Like the season itself, Garden Abundance is only here for a short time before making way for the next collection of seasonal dishes.
