WOW. What a truly unbelievable wedding day we had with the Manor House. From start to finish Frankie and the team were truly amazing and their organisation and planning is second to none.
When we visited the venue we instantly fell in love and knew that it was a perfect fit for our wedding day. The decor, grounds and staff just made it so special.
All of our guests were blown away by how unreal everthing had been, service, decor, staff and much more. Most of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had been to!
At one point during the drinks reception a member of staff come up to me and said ‘I’m so sorry to interrupt’ to which I thought – oh no something is wrong. They followed by saying ‘we have saved you and your partner some canapés so just let me know when you would like me to bring them out for you’. just amazing. The attention to detail and how they organised everything made it so easy for us to focus on ourselves.
We could not recommend Manor House enough for a wedding or any event and can’t wait to go back and spend some time there.
Thank you to all the staff, every single person was amazing, kind and so lovely and a massive THANK YOU to Frankie who was truly irreplaceable in the whole planning.
If you haven’t booked your wedding with them yet…. DO IT!!!!!

Being locals to Manor House we have always loved the venue and enjoy spending many an afternoon or evening drinking or dining, therefore choosing them as our wedding venue could not have been more of a perfect choice. Frankie, Jaine and Manuel were incredible from the start, from communication, co-ordination, attention to detail and accommodating our requests to make our day so special. Many of our guests commented throughout the day on how wonderful all the staff were and what a fantastic venue it was. We really did have the most incredible weekend celebrating with friends and family and we couldn’t have wished for anything more. Thanks so Manor House.
There is definitely a reason as to why the team were crowned Best Events Team at The Wedding Industry Awards 2024… how lucky we were to have them!

Starting with Jaine who contacted me from my initial enquiry, my previous wedding venue went into administration and on my enquiry I informed the Manor House of this and guess what I didn’t receive a generic automatic thank you for your enquiry email Jaine actually picked up the phone to call me and was so empathetic and genuinely wanted to help me. She reassured me that she could help and this instantly put me at ease and I started to gain my confidence back knowing that we will have our dream wedding.
On the 4th January 2025 we drove from Birmingham to view the venue and we instantly fell in love as soon as we stepped in the door. I am the most particular person I think you would meet and I’m very hard to please sometimes HA but Jaine answered every question I had and I was just blown away, what a true asset you are.
We booked our wedding instantly and with 3 months to go we were introduced to Gemma our wedding coordinator we had a video call to start discussing our needs and requirements and boy was that an easy phone call Gemma just got it! I honestly had not one bit on concern or doubt I was so relieved, I thought with me being me this is going to take a lot of effort and time, but no the joy I felt to not have to worry about a single thing was just mind blowing for me. Gemma kept in contact with me all the way whenever I had a question or needed to add anything she was there but this didn’t need to happen a lot because from first call it was sorted. I know all brides would appreciate having this feeling so if you’re looking to have a stress free wedding gets to booking NOW believe me.
From the morning Gemma, Jaine and team were on hand meeting me on arrival checking in on me the morning if our wedding everything it was just wonderful you really do get to feel like a true bride. Manuel our operations manager for our day what a guy so organised and on hand from lighting, to playlists the running of the bar and order of the day everything ran to a T the whole thing was just FABULOUS so from the bottom of our hearts thank you so, so much the Manor House staff and all the team are the absolute best just pure quality and all our guests could not stop commenting on the food and the service. Everyone kept saying to us why Huddersfield and left our wedding saying now we know WHY! We will be forever grateful to you all and we cannot wait to come back to celebrate one of our anniversaries.

Manor House is an award winning venue and having recently held our wedding here in early April, we can totally see why.
From the moment we first visited to view the venue, we just knew it was the one. It’s hard to fully put into words, but there was something about the place, and the people, that just felt right.
The venue itself is stunning. It’s completely unique in the way it combines a luxury setting with a home-like feel throughout the whole place. We were lucky enough to be able to book most of the hotel rooms to stay the night before and night of the wedding, and we would highly recommend this to be able to fully immerse yourself with those closest to you.
But what truly sets Manor House apart is the team. Every single person we came across, from the events staff to the hotel and housekeeping teams, was amazing. Each made a huge contribution to our weekend feeling so special and this was echoed by each of our guests with us on our day.
A special shoutout has to go to Gem, Manuel and the rest of the events team who supported us so well in turning around our wedding in just 5 months. Nothing was too much and every request or question was answered promptly, every step of the way.
We cannot thank them, plus the wider Manor House team, enough for all their efforts in making our wedding the most special day of our lives.

We’d like to start off by saying wow, the team at Manor House are unbelievable! From the moment we first came we knew we’d be able to put our trust into them to make sure our wedding was perfect and we can honestly say they exceeded any expectations we had. Gemma who was our wedding coordinator became more like family to us, she always went above and beyond with anything and made the whole planning so easy.
Our day was everything we’d ever imagined and more and that wouldn’t have been possible without all of the team working continuously throughout the day to make sure ourselves and our guests were having the best day. All of the hard work that went on behind the scenes didn’t go unnoticed by anyone, many of our guests commented on how smooth the transitions were with the room changes and how the staff never stopped.
Every single guest that attended our wedding was blown away by how breathtaking the venue is & also a massive shout out to the chefs working behind the scenes in the kitchen because wow, every single bit of food was unbelievable!
From the bottom of our hearts, Thankyou for everything you’ve done for us from the moment we booked our wedding with you. We will forever be in debt to you all for everything you did to make our dreams come true, you’re all worth your weight in gold!!

We want to say huge thank you for everything you did to help make our wedding day perfect! You and the team all did a phenomenal job (especially Manuel who was a machine on the day!), and we’ve had so many compliments from guests on how great the staff were.
After all the planning, it was so amazing to see everything come together and look so beautiful. Our guests have also all said how amazing the venue was, the food, the rooms, all of it! I don’t think it will be the last time you see us, we’re obsessed! 😍

Where to start? Manor House has a very special place in our hearts and is somewhere we regularly visit – there weren’t really any other venues we wanted to consider and from the moment we attended the wedding fayre in January 2024 and met Jaine, Gemma and Frankie, we knew we were making the right decision.
The amazing Manor House team helped us organise the most incredible day.
Our day really was everything we’d hoped for, and more!
Massive thanks to Gemma, we couldn’t have done it without her – she was always on the other end of an email or phone call, and provided us with plenty of much-needed guidance on the intricacies of wedding planning.
On the day, Gemma was there providing that friendly face and reassurance, and together with the amazing Manuel, Jodi, Ruby and the rest of the team, we had the absolute best day.
Nothing was too much of an ask, all our guests commented on how seamlessly the day ran, how delicious the food was and also just simply what a gorgeous venue it was.
We really can’t thank the team enough. If we could do the whole day again every year, we would!

Well what an amazing day we had. Thank you so much to Gemma for helping piece all of it together to create our most stunning day ever along with making the wedding planning easier and not as daunting!
The venue is gorgeous and we didn’t want to leave.
There are not enough words to say how thankful we are for our day at the Manor House.
From meeting Jaine on our first visit, coming to the open days and our meetings with Gemma, we have loved every second.
Breakfast for both days was delicious. Ava loved choosing as many drinks as she could, hot chocolate with marshmallows was a dream breakfast for her.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped with the umbrellas getting me to the ceremony, even with my bag holding!
The event staff were brilliant. The 3 girls on the bar who were great with helping me with my million requests. Kye who just knew exactly what we wanted and when, guiding us with our timeline on the day and keeping us in line and organised.
Manor House will always have a special place in our hearts – Gemma, once again, you have been amazing and we are going to miss you!
