We honestly can’t thank the team at Manor House enough for giving us the most incredible wedding day we could have ever dreamed of. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was special, but the way the team organised and delivered everything surpassed all expectations.
The entire day was absolutely stress free. Something we didn’t think was possible when planning a wedding! Every detail was taken care of so seamlessly, and it meant we could just relax and enjoy every single moment. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel totally looked after from start to finish.
The day itself was impeccable. Everything ran perfectly, and it honestly felt like a dream. We’re still blown away by how smoothly it all went. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue, the atmosphere, and especially the food. The food was simply unbelievable. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It was one of the most talked-about parts of the day!
A very special thank you to Jaine, who helped make everything happen within just five months. Thanks to her and the entire team, we were able to have a day we will cherish forever with family members who are sadly no longer with us. We’re eternally grateful for this.
We often find ourselves looking back at our photos, wishing we could do it all over again.

We had the perfect wedding day at Manor House! The venue is stunning, and the team were amazing. Especially our wedding planner Gemma, who supported us along the way and ensured everything ran smoothly. We’ve not once felt stressed over our big day, as we trusted completely in the amazing team that it will all go to plan. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day and are so grateful to everyone who helped make it so special. Highly recommend to any future couples!

We really couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to support us through our day – no ask was to big or small and they were quick to offer advice when we weren’t sure! Amy was fantastic at talking everything through with us, I could almost imagine the whole day before it happened. Also want to shout out to the operational staff on the day, they were so friendly and everything ran so smoothly, they all seemed so happy to be there which made us feel so special. We even had several guests come up to us and comment on how fabulous all the staff were on the day.
Overall I couldn’t recommend this venue more, not only is it a gorgeous place but the people there just make it 10/10.

We had an absolutely amazing wedding day at the Manor House. We knew it would be great from all the lovely things we had heard from family and friends about the staff and the food at the venue but it exceeded our expectations. The whole day ran so smoothly and we felt we could fully enjoy the day as the team took care of everything. I have heard others say how stressful a wedding can be to plan, I cannot relate. You honestly took the majority of the stress and allowed us to have the most special day because of that.
I will forever remember the moment you and your team opened the door and fluffed my dress in time to the music before i walked down the aisle, it was iconic.

From the moment we first saw Manor House, Lindley, we absolutely fell in love. Jaine helped us to imagine the intimate wedding of our dreams, with the perfect flow between different spaces to keep the day fresh and fun for our guests… from the Coach House, to the Lantern Room, to the speak-easy style Cellar Bar and courtyard.
As soon as we signed on the dotted line, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. No question was ever too small or too silly. We were lucky enough to have Gemma as our coordinator and what an amazing woman Gemma is. She is not only a huge asset to the Manor House Wedding Team, but also such a fabulous, down-to-earth, and genuine person. Every meeting with her reassured us that our day was in the safest hands.
From the meal and drinks tasting session, to attending open days and choosing suppliers, right through to the wedding itself…every step was just incredible. The attention to detail throughout is second to none. The décor is stunning, moody, classy, townhouse vibes, and the whole place smells of Jo Loves by Jo Malone, which makes it feel truly dreamy.
Our wedding day went exactly as planned. Gemma and her lovely blonde colleague (apologies we didn’t catch her name) were both fantastic, and Manuel deserves a special mention for running a tight ship, looking out for us both throughout the evening, and even making a point of saying goodnight and congratulations at the end. The bar staff were patient and good-humoured even when things got lively right up until midnight, and the bistro team the next morning were wonderful. Having our breakfast debrief in the beautiful Orangery was the perfect ending to a magical experience.
Manor House is a true hidden gem. When you’re inside, it feels like nothing else matters. To Gemma and the rest of the Manor House team – you are all simply incredible.

Amy, and the whole of the Manor House team, have been nothing short of exceptional with planning and hosting our wedding. From the warm welcome from Jaine at the very first wedding showcase we attended, to the personalised bottle of champagne we received the morning after our Wedding – everything was perfect. There was not one problem or difficulty throughout the planning process and running of the wedding on the day, which meant we could fully enjoy and soak in every moment of our Wedding. That’s something we’ll forever be grateful for.
Jodie, Manuel and the whole of the operations team on the day were incredible. The day ran so smoothly, without us ever needing to worry about anything – even helping the groom and groomsmen with a last-minute bow tie panic in the morning!
Amy, you are extraordinary. We couldn’t have done this without you and we can’t thank you enough for your organisation, support and positivity throughout our wedding process. Your planning and support meant that nothing ever felt too much or overwhelming for us. We’re so grateful and appreciate you and all you’ve done for us!

You are a very special team who made the beautifully elegant and sophisticated Manor House Lindley venue shine with your amazing organisation, attention to detail and most importantly the huge warmth and joy you exuded in all your interactions with us not only at our Friday pre-wedding drinks on the Terrace Bar and our totally perfect wedding day but throughout the long planning process.
It has been an utter joy planning the wedding with you. Special thanks go to Gemma & Jaine for all your advice and planning. We have loved all our meetings. You introduced us to fantastic local suppliers from florists to cake makers and even a brilliant magician who wowed our guests during the drinks reception! We really felt warmly cocooned by you and the team.
We chose the Manor House so, after decades of living in London, we could show off to our non-Yorkshire friends and family who came from far and wide including, London, Italy, Sydney and Hong Kong what our very special part of Yorkshire has to offer in terms of venues, food and hospitality. You didn’t disappoint. We received so many compliments from our guests who were blown away by the beauty of the venue, the delicious food (a French friend even commented that the Paris-Brest was better than they had in Paris a few weeks before!) and the warmth and unflappable calmness of Manuel and the attentiveness and professionalism of the entire staff. All the little touches were noticed, from giving early access to bedrooms to guests, the delicious food which wowed all the guests including the vegetarians, the seamless changeover of the venue itself and the warmth and quiet professionalism of all the serving staff. They are all a credit to you.
We are still floating on cloud nine after what was a perfect wedding day for us. You surpassed all our very high expectations and we cannot thank you enough. You made it truly special. There are so many lovely touches that will live in our memories: the flowers you sent when we made the booking, the early morning delicious breakfast personally delivered by Gemma and Jaine, the numerous check-ins with us whilst we were getting ready, Gemma and Jaine
escorting us through to the ceremony room itself, Manuel gliding through the organising of the day despite the delays at every stage by our very happy, exuberant family & friends (which left the team a very short window to turn around the rooms for the evening reception!) to the specially engraved bottle of champagne left in our suite.
The Manor House will always have a special place in our hearts and we will be sure to visit regularly to recall and soak up the sheer wonder of our day made so so much more perfect by your gorgeous team.
