A luxurious but intimate setting with experienced trainers on hand helping you to achieve your goals, we guarantee that The Studio is not your standard gym, because at Manor House Lindley we don’t do standard!

Whether you need to take a moment to breathe in our Restorative Yoga class or hit it up and get your heart racing with a HIIT class, The Studio has a class to suit all needs.

EMILY WEATHERS

Emily travelled India, the birth place of Yoga, whilst completing her teacher training. “I love to teach people yoga, giving them the beginnings of a personal journey that brings physical and mental strength combined with a sense of inner calm. Whether they come to class for a workout, to develop flexibility and strength, connect with an inner peace or simply to have a moment to themselves, I believe that practising yoga is the best and most simple act of self-love.”

LIAM O’BRIEN

Liam offers intense group personal training sessions. As the creator of Yorkshire Kettlebell Club, Liam unsurprisingly specialises in kettlebell training (Hells-bells is a must try!) but having competed in several marathons and triathlons as well as powerlifting and strongman events, he is fully experienced in all aspects of fitness training.

NIKKI SENIOR

Nikki is a level 3 personal trainer, pole fitness instructor and a flexibility coach. She leads 1-1 sessions with clients and also group bootcamps. Nikki specialises in fat loss and definition, through tailored exercise and nutrition plans. Nikki is a health and wellness coach, offering overall better mental health as well as short term goals.

RADHA PATEL

Radha has been a fully qualified yoga teacher for 10 years, working and teaching in America, Australia, around Europe and in the UK. She is a fully qualified pharmacist with a passion for integrated health, fitness and nutrition and works as coach to help people create a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Radha is the founder of TOGA (Toning Yoga), a fitness program which fuses modern fitness with the ancient practices of yoga and meditation. She is on a mission to inspire thousands of people worldwide though education, inspiration and example.
