Fit For Life – Liam O’Brien

Functional fitness interval training session. This session will include a combination of kettlebells, TRX, slam balls, plyometric boxes and bodyweight exercises run as a HIIT session. Designed to develop overall strength, flexibility and fitness, this session focuses on total body compound exercise that will benefit you in all aspects of daily life!

Saved By The Bell –  Liam O’Brien

Boxing basics. Combinations of punches, kicks and even elbows mixed up with short, high intensity core strength and cardio exercises to give a true total body workout! Sets are run using our full size professional punch bags and participants work either individually or in pairs. Why not bring a friend and train together?

No Rest For The Wicked – Liam O’Brien

It does what it says on the tin! High intensity advanced circuits with a nod to Cross-fit style training and utilising all the toys in the box! Battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX, powerbags, slam balls, dumbbells and barbells, plyo boxes, resistance bands – they’ll all be coming out to play at our Saturday session!

HI-FIT – Nikki Senior

High intensity class, designed to burn fat and increase overall fitness stamina and strength.

Sweat-IT – Jermaine Akins

Full body workout aimed at increasing strength and improving muscular definition. With a mixture of cardio and resistance exercises, Sweat-It will condition your whole body at a moderate intensity.

Yoga with Emily Weathers

Hatha Yoga

This class follows the traditional Indian design of HATHA YOGA working the entire body to help bring strength, focus and balance. You will be encouraged to take control of your breath and breathe consciously throughout the asanas helping your mind and body to relax.

Moving into different poses encourages tight muscles to stretch and stiff joints to loosen, liberating your body and developing flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga will bring the movement and flow of the body together with the rhythm of the breath. The perfect start to your day as the endless “to do list” of everyday life is put on hold.
